Mammoth WVH and Dirty Honey postpone start of joint Young Guns North American tour

Mammoth WVH and Dirty Honey have postponed the start of their joint Young Guns North American tour due to the ongoing Omicron wave of COVID.

Originally scheduled to start at the end of January, the trek will now begin at the end of February. All tour dates that were scheduled before February 20 have been postponed after March 5.

“We take the health and safety of groups, road crews, local staff and especially our fans very seriously,” the two groups wrote in a statement.

Due to great caution regarding the recent wave of COVID, we have decided to postpone the start of the Young Guns tour until February 20, in Denver, Colorado. Any performances that were scheduled before February 20 have been rescheduled after the March 5.

The shows scheduled for February 20 through March 5 will remain as previously announced. The show in Portland, Maine – originally scheduled for January 28 – is canceled and all ticket holders for this event may receive a refund at the point of. purchase.”

The revised tour schedule, however, allowed bands to add a handful of additional shows to their itinerary. Tickets for these shows go on sale Friday, January 14 at 10 a.m. local time.

Mammoth WVH – who only performed their first show in July 2021 – and Dirty Honey dramatically upped their profile with high profile opening slots last summer. Mammoth, directed by Wolfgang Van Halen, opened for Guns N ‘Roses, while Dirty Honey toured with the Black Crowes.
